A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To return an item, the buyer must contact us by email at info@soli-ceramics.com and provide:

– the order number;
– full name;
– the name of the item being returned;
– the reason for the return if the item is damaged or defective;
– photographs of the item if it was delivered damaged.

The returned item must be unused, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

The cost of returning goods of satisfactory quality shall be borne by the buyer, unless the seller agrees otherwise in writing.

If the delivered item is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order, the seller shall cover the reasonable costs of returning the item.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment, no later than 14 days from the date on which the seller receives the buyer’s notice of withdrawal from the agreement. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the buyer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back.
